Please attend the annual membership meeting at 2:00 pm. Topics of discussion will include our junior shooting sports programs and other shooting sports programs around North Dakota and the USA. The Eagles Club is located at 313 North 26th St, Bismarck, North Dakota.

NORTH DAKOTA SHOOTING SPORTS ASSOCIATION – HALL OF FAME INDUCTION CEREMONY – NORM WEBER

Plan to bring your Light Rifle, as the Bismarck/Mandan Rifle and Pistol Association will host a Light Rifle match starting 8:30am Sunday morning (Jan 29) – Walt Fairbanks is the contact for the rifle match. Contact Walt at (701) 400-8421 or work (701) 221-1284 or (preferred).

Rooms: A block of rooms has been reserved and are available for the nights of January 27 & 28. They can be reserved by calling the Ramada Inn at 701-258-7000 or 800-554-7077.  1400 E Interchange Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501.  The rooms will be held until January 13th so make your room reservations before the 13th. Inform the Ramada Inn that you are attending the NDSSA banquet when making your reservations. We have a limited number of rooms at a discount price of $92 (King) or $82 (Queen) - so make your reservations early!

Guest Speaker

Jason Turner

Jason’s hometown is Rochester, New York. Jason shoots the international events of 10 meter air pistol and 50 meter free pistol. Jason shot competitively at the Rochester Rifle Club from 1987–1996. He shot rifle for four years before switching to pistol. Jason is among the most talented pistol shooters in the U.S., earning his way onto various international teams during his illustrious career. Jason earned his first trip to the Olympic Games in Athens in 2004. He then secured two spots on the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team in Men’s 10m Air Pistol as well as Men’s 50m Free Pistol, finishing in first place at both Olympic Trials. Jason has medaled at numerous national and international events including a Bronze medal at the 2008 Beijing, China, Olympic Games.
