	The NDSSA has program chairpersons that coordinate the activities of their respective shooting disciplines.  For membership information contact the Membership Secretary or go to the membership page for an application and further information.

	The NDSSA is affiliated with the National Rifle Association, Civilian Marksmanship Program and USA Shooting.

The NDSSA sanctions State Championships in North Dakota:

	Smallbore rifle events both Position shooting 3p & 4p (indoor and outdoor)
	Light Rifle
	Highpower rifle with CMP/EIC matches
	Pistol - Conventional (indoor and outdoor) with CMP/EIC matches
	Cowboy, and Action
	Air Guns - Rifle and Pistol
	Silhouette - Rifle and Handgun
	Black powder Events

	The NDSSA has a place for the "Shooting Stars" in the North Dakota Sports Hall of Fame.  The plaques are located on the south side of the Civic Center in the middle entrance to the upper deck seating. The ND Sport Hall of Fame is located in Jamestown.
	The NDSSA also tracks records for individual sports.
